Question is: what is best to do? Pay it off completely or leave a small <b>mortgage</b>? (and hence leaving the deeds etc with the <b>mortgage</b> lender..) I successfully claimed against a missold endowment and have been paying <b>interest only</b> for a <b>...</b>
